No worries: It is normal to lose that amount of weight initially... as time goes by it will slow down. Do not panic you are just fine

CONSULT YOUR PARENTS: Angelica, THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE as I am not licensed in PA. I am cautious about giving advice to adolescents, and I think the healthiest thing to do is to talk to your parents and be honest about what you are doing, then see your doctor about how to eat properly and safely. Rapid weight loss can be very dangerous depending on your weight, nutritional status and food choices.

Healthy weight loss: A lot of that initial weight loss is likely water weight. Your weight loss will not continue to be this rapid. The most important issue is sustainability of your healthy eating, and exactly what you mean by "healthy eating". Check out "http://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned" to calculate how many cal/day you burn. Target a 500 cal/day deficit with good eating. Check with your doctor

Provided: You are eating healthy and excercising that is okay. Many people with inactivity and poor eating habits lose more weight in the first week of their initiation of healthy life style and after that rate of weight loss decreases
