The tool used to calculate for healthy weight is the body mass index or BMI, which in your case computed to 25.8 or being borderline overweight. Losing about 5 lbs would take your BMI to 25 or the upper limit of normal. Genes and lifestyle are determinants of our body weight and shape and this is where it becomes difficult as it is only lifestyle that we can actively adjust and that is not easy.
