Being Active is Fun!: This question has spawned a multi-million dollar weight loss industry - everyone would love to skip the exercise AND lose weight! However, there is a reason you always hear from your doctor and health experts to "eat right and exercise." I like to say "staying active" - if you start slowly and increase your activity gradually you will lose weight and feel better too!

With difficulty.: It's hard to lose weight with proper nutrition alone - not impossible, but more difficult. Incorporating exercise will help you expend more calories during the day and, therefore, help you lose weight.
