Aerobic exercise.: Make sure that your participating in aerobic exercise, which is the only way to burn body fat. Aerobic exercise is exercise performed for long durations of time, at least 20 minutes, at a target heart rate, that will burn fat. These activities include speed walking, running, bicycling and swimming.
