Are you a dentist?: If not, don't try to perform orthodontist procedures on yourself. See a dentist right away or you might lose that tooth. Then, ask for a referral to an orthodontist. Be well.

See a Dentist!!!: A loose tooth after minor movement is bad. It suggests you may have gum disease that was worsened around that tooth by using the ortho bands. Gum disease weakens bone. Moving teeth weakens bone even more and allows gum disease to worsen severely. One should never try to move teeth until the absence of gum disease is established. Please go see your dentist asap and get your teeth checked.

DIY Dentistry: You did not ask a question, but from the facts you stated, you may have damaged the bone support of those front teeth. You tried to save money, but in the end you will still spend, possibly more than if you had seen a dentist in the first place. Please call a local dentist and have the area evaluated for any damage and treatment options.

Orthodontist: dentists move teeth not patients-thats why there are orthodontists who are specialists in this area that can do this procedure correctly. seek an orthodontist now before you cause irreversible results.

Unfortunately: You are one of many individuals who try to save either money or time (or both) by searching for answers on the internet and look for solutions that either do not work or make things worse. It's unfortunate that these types of companies exist. The best thing you can do is stop what you are doing and consult a local Orthodontist. Also spread the word about what not to do!

Dental space: see a dentist to be sure you did not leave an elastic around the tooth and now have a periodontal defect. Never try to do this unsupervised. You may have caused sever bone loss and now do not have sufficient bone to support the tooth.

Don't treat yourself: see an orthodontist if you want it done correctly. You are moving the tooth too quickly and using too much force. Don't treat yourself

Tooth movement: Do it yourself is for painting your house, not definitive healthcare, unless its an emergency, and this wasnt,. You may have created a situation that may not be able restored to your original state of oral health. I hope by now you have contacted your dentist
