Swelling/pus/gap: Obviously dealing with infection. May be infected gums, teeth, or both. Would not be surprised if you had problems in other locations. This will not self-heal, nor can it be fixed with pills/potions/salves/etc. Important that you be examined by a local Dentist before this gets worse. The longer you wait, the more the infection will spread to other organ systems.
