T waves: T waves are a component of the ekg waveform. T waves are a nonspecific finding and should be interpreted by your physician in the context of your entire ekg. If you still have questions, you should ask them for their complete interpretation.

T Waves: Inverted T waves can be (key words) sign of lack of blood flow to the heart muscle. However, some people have abnormal ECG's without any blockages. As long as you are without chest pain your ECG should not worry you. Your age and the fact that you are female it is highly unlikely that you have obstructive coronary disease. Hope this helps.
