21yo f palpitations, elongated qt, inverted t in anterior leads? what is it? had 2019 cardiac arrest due to crohn's acquired lqts, healthy now but started having palpitations. got ecg+referral from doc but will be months. also may have pectus excav?

Can measure QTS with any EKG. If you had prior cardiac arrest and cause was determined to be prolonged QTS, you are at risk now. Can get EKG at any Walk-In clinic. If it’s still prolonged and you’re still having palpitations, need RX now - to the point of being hospitalized if you can’t get in to a cardiologist

Your symptoms are important and need urgent evaluation, particularly with a history of long QT. I would urge you to convince your doctor about the urgency of the situation given the recurrence of palpitations and the history of long QT. If need be I recommend that you go to an Emergency Room to be evaluated. DO NOT DELAY.
