A couple days ago my ekg was normal. now i have inverted t waves. my blood work is normal. if my blood work shows no heart concern should i worry?

Depends: Why did you have a repeat EKG within 2 days in the first place ? T wave inversion can be seen normally in certain leads depending on position or breathing specially in young individuals .
