Depends: Why did you have a repeat EKG within 2 days in the first place ? T wave inversion can be seen normally in certain leads depending on position or breathing specially in young individuals . A more thorough history and exam by your physician is more likely to yield a diagnosis than a blood test. Know that EKG changes can be seen in other conditions such as blood clot in the lungs,electrolyte changes,
