you did not say where the pain is. Probably chest? how frequent? what triggers the pain? how long it last? T inverted shows suffering of heart muscle. Conduction issue cause changes in EKG BUT electrode badly placed can cause all kinds of errors. Verify with your doctor to make sure EKG is taken properly then the results have to be reliable and act accordingly.

A technically adequate echo is more reliable in the diagnosis of LVH compared to the ECG.You do not describe where the "pain" is or other important details. You also do not specify the leads in which the T waves were inverted. T wave inversion is common in many individuals without a heart problem and could get deeper during respiration. If the changes were in V1,V2 or V3, it is of no significance
