Increasing pvcs during times of stress, with some short salvos. ekgs with j point elevation and inverted t wave in v1. normal echos, stress test, event monitor. normal cmri with contrast. ep doctor says rvot and benign. so, if nsvts should i forget?

Pvc's: It appears that the EP cardiologist feels that your findings don't require treatment after a thorough workup and no Brugada pattern or family history of cardiac arrests. The concern with RVOT ventricular irritability is whether it's an early sign of arrythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy. For this reason I feel you require careful following by the EP and must report significant symptoms
