PVC.: Sounds like you have a premature ventricular contractions or premature atrial contractions although i think these less likely. I would not be worried about inverted t waves in the absence of any other cardiac symptoms. To be absolutely sure these are what i think they are it would be reasonable to obtain a holter or event monitor and capture a few of these.
