Personal Trainer: Many gyms/fitness centers available with personal trainers. Read a few different books to get a perspective on weight training and define your goals-- short term and long term. See a trainer and have them teach you the equipment and develop a safe routine for your goals. If properly motivated, you can train on your own with occasional sessions with the trainer to make modifications.Good luck.
