Get protein from foo: You sound like you are on a great program for getting in shape. I would talk with a trainer about protein supplements. I believe that if you are eating correctly, you will need need supplements. They are often recommended as meal relplacements which is not a good idea. If you are in the beginning of your diet and exercise plan,and are beginning to see results, don't change anything right now.
