Colo-rectal surgeon: Neither internal hemorrhoids nor adenomas would cause fecal incontinence. You may wish to discuss, seeing a colo-rectal surgeon, with your doctor.

Two issues: You have fecal incontinence and associate this with internal hemorrhoids. Second you have adenomas. You should be seen and talk to your colorectal surgeon. Both can be followed closely. Talk about your concerns and let them know.
