Suffered from chronic constipation since a infant. history of occasional hemorrhoids. i notice after i have a good bm sometimes if i push abit to make sure its all out, i feel like there's more stool but it won't come out. is that a sign of cancer?

No. See a good GI doc who can set you up on a good program to alleviate your symptoms. In the meantime roughage in diet, adequate water, OTC stool softener and laxative like psyllium will be helpful. Hope you do well.

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
