Occlusion: If all of your teeth hurt, it is likely there is a common factor... And that would be your occlusion. You may have accurately diagnosed your own problem: the teeth may have shifted without the aligner(s). Start wearing the aligners and allow them to nudge your teeth into proper position. If the problem subsides, you've found your answer... Otherwise discuss with your orthodontist or dentist.

Its the invisalign: By not wearing your invisalign, you have allowed your teeth to shift. That's why it feel like your mouth is 1 big toothache. Suggest you return to your dentist and have the dentist access the situation and properly fit you for the invisalign.

Invisalign wearing: It is probably from not wearing your aligners for 2 weeks. Your teeth will begin to go back to their original position as soon as you stop wearing the aligners and when you start back up they will be sore like when you first started your treatment.

Yes: If you don't wear trays or retainers as required, teeth will shift, tip, rotate, and get sore. As clear aligners don't position tooth roots within the bone as effectively as braces, post treatment retention is even more critical.
