Depends: Depends on pre-Rx gum/bone damage. Do not even consider OrthoRx unless your supporting tissues are completely healthy. If you have even early onset gum disease I would recommend that your General Dentist have you evaluated and treated by specialists, a Periodontist and an Orthodontist for best quality, most successful, treatment.

Go for it: you will need to be scanned for invisalign first and so, by the time invisalign delivers the trays to your orthodontist, you should be in good shape!
