natural vegan sources of protein which are low in fat can't afford to buy protein powders, how much protein does a 19 yr old 6ft tall 75 kg male require?

protein powders...: ...Are at the top of the list of complete waste of money. Vegan dishes consisting of a grain and a legume (rice and beans, corn and peas, barley and lentils) supply good protein and more than enough of it.
