What is the best resource for a low-fat, low-sugar, low carbohydrate, high protein vegan diet?

Very limited: Food is a combo of protein, carb, fat. Low sugar-easy. Low fat-easy, low carb-easy, high protein and vegan with all the other restrictions-really hard. Most vegan sources of protein e.G beans, tofu, tempeh, seitan, nuts, seeds, have fair amounts of the other nutrients as well. The more restricted a diet, the greater the chances for imbalance (old insight-hippocrates wrote it).
