Yes, to do it right!: The paleo diet tries to reproduce the diet of our distant ancestors, who ate wild fish and game, not grains etc. Grain-fed meat is not as healthy ; the pd advises only grass-fed meat ; wild fish. Our ancestors did not eat food with pesticides and gmo's and the only way to avoid those these days is to eat mostly organic- though some foods like onions are ok if not organic.
