Primitive diet: The idea of the Paleo diet is that we should eat what primitive man ate and this should make us healthier. Many doctors are concerned that this diet is too high in red meat and does not allow vegetable oils such as olive oil, both of which may increase your heart attack risk. Additionally, no dairy products are allowed which may cause calcium deficiency. Also no grains or legumes are allowed.
