Good but not easy: In certain respects it makes a lot of sense- eating the same whole foods our distant ancestors ate. Many modern illnesses are related to sugars & many people have a hard time with dairy, gluten etc.But i don't think everyone needs to avoid all dairy, grains, legumes etc. All the time.You might try it & see how you feel & perhaps try some of the foods avoided on occasion to see how they affect you.

Thumbs up: I use it in my practice for patients with gastrointestinal issues (in particular diarrhea predominant IBS) and my prediabetics to prevent progression to diabetes, and then my diabetic patients to prevent progression to requiring insulin shots, not to mention weight loss.
