Your best bet is diet and exercise for overall weight loss, and you will lose some of that inner thigh fat too.

No such thing as: spot weight reduction.The extra fat does  come off just like it came on.A combo of aerobics,weight training,and a diet low in carbs and fats will have the most rapid and dramatic results.B sure to do measurements of neck,shoulders,upper &amp; lower arms &amp; legs,chest,buttocks &amp; waist.Your measurements and clothes size will reduce faster than the scale,as u replace fat with muscle,which is more dense.

So yes you could get skinnier legs, etc but not from just jumping rope with out other lifestyle features.

You want to work at it gradually and persistently by eating healthy and exercising regularly. Doing this should yield noticeable results in 4-6 weeks. Cardio (elliptical, treadmill, spinning) will help reduce fat and trim up your hips and thighs.

Stepper machine is excellent way to burn &gt;
