hi docs, would jumping rope help you get skinny thigh, calves and flat stomach?

Jumping rope great: Jumping rope is a great cardio workout. It can help reduce fat all around in a well developed life plan of a healthy diet, and exercise. So yes you could get skinnier legs, etc but not from just jumping rope with out other lifestyle features. Good luck.
