what is an easy way for me to lose my thigh fat in a week?

Surgery: One week is not a reasonable amount of time to allow for significant fat loss. Try to be patient, set more reasonable goals, and celebrate your successes - weight loss is extremely difficult, but offers so many health benefits for those who are truly overweight. Good luck!
