I recently had a syphilis test (negative) however i took azithromycin antibiotics approx 3 months before the test. will it effect the result?

If you had syphilis before you took the azithromycin, it might have cured it. Most but not all syphilis responds well to azithromycin. If exposed more than 2 weeks after completing azithromycin, but not within 4-5 weeks of the blood test, the negative result shows you do not have syphilis at this time, either because it was cured or you never had it.
