Azithromycin on day 53rd should not affect the RPR result one day later so the test on day 54th should be conclusive. Assume you did not have RPR test done on day 54th but you received a full course of azithromycin on day 53rd, the negative result on day 120th would not have ruled out primary syphilis because the infection might be cured with abx . In summary, you don't have syphilis at this time.
