Too little information for useful advice. UTIs are unusual in males your age. Was UTI confirmed by testing? If so, what bacteria is the cause? If you had discharge from the penis, it probably wasn't a UTI, but an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis. What antibiotic(s) were you prescribed? Have symptoms improved? None of these problems is likely to cause erectile dysfunction.

Self diagnosis of UTI is mostly wrong. Hope the doc examined you and also did a urinalysis and urine C&S test. If you had YTI and were given the proper med you will be OK. Affect on erection is from your worry about your problem. Make it a habit of drinking good amt. of water daily. Good luck
