See urologist: Many things cause the burning besides a UTI. See a urologist for a bladder scope or other testing that can determine the cause. In the meantime, try PYRIDIUM 200mg 3 times a day (there are some OTC forms, or tiur regular doc can order) to help decrease or stop bladder causes of burning, It will turn urine orange/red and stain clothing, but relatively harmless otherwise.

Chronic cystitis: Interstitial cystitis is a chronic condition causing bladder pressure, bladder pain and sometimes pelvic pain. The pain ranges from mild discomfort to severe pain. The condition is a part of a spectrum of diseases known as painful bladder syndrome. Although there's no cure, medications and other therapies may offer relief. Talk to Urologist about this condition. They may want to to a cystoscopy.
