Maybe not uti: If cultures are negative i would suspect a bladder issue such as interstitial cystitis, bladder spasms, small capacity, and others. You should see a urologist. There are other possibilities but it depends on your symptoms, urinary frequency, burning, inabilityto empty. Giving this information will help figure out what is really going on.

Cystitis: Sometimes the feeling of a UTI fails to be confirmed on a urine culture, indicating no infection is present. However, you could have urethritis from an autoimmune cause, or interstitial cystitis. If it's been years of symptoms, it is probably best evaluated by a urologist. They can do urine testing, bladder analysis, and hopefully identify why you have the symptoms. Good luck!
