ASC-US on Pap test. HPV negative- 38 years old. Never had abnormal pap, never had HPV positive . Says Areas of partially obscuring inflammatory exudate present. What does this mean. Can period blood cause this? Please help. Doc is on vacation?
If pap smear is abnormal, atypical squamous cells of undetermined endocervical/squamous metaplastic cells are present. + HPV is positive. I worry?
My pap results shows HPV mRNA E6/E7. It also says epithelial cell abnormality low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL). What does this mean? I also already had a colonoscopy last year and the results were CIN1.
What does this pap report mean? Doderlein bacilli present, Mildly reactive squamous epithelial cells present, Endocervical cells absent, No malignant cells present. There is no cytologic evidence of Herpes or HPV. Thank you very much!!
