What does this pap report mean? doderlein bacilli present, mildly reactive squamous epithelial cells present, endocervical cells absent, no malignant cells present. there is no cytologic evidence of herpes or hpv. thank you very much!!

Sounds normal: All the noted elements are normal findings. It specifically states there is no evidence of cancer, Herpes or HPV.
