I had abnormal paps in the past hpv neg w/ascus+epithelial cell abnormal 2 weeks ago tested + for uti/groupb strep finished nitro mono/mac but still symptoms er doc said cervix was red w/yellow+green discharge could it be hpv? other stis were neg?

HPV doesn't cause such symptoms. You might need a different antibiotic for the strep ("nitro mono/Mac" isn't clear, but doesn't sound like usual strep treatment). A nonstandard STI might still be present, if at risk for STI (new partner, etc). For example, did they include DNA tests for Mycoplasma genitalium and trichomonas? Keep working with your doctor.
