You probably had a mild cervicitis (sex-related?) which presents with inflammatory exudate and Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance (ASCUS). HPV is negative so you are likely safe. Follow-up for ASCUS is usually a repeat Pap smear at six months. Good luck.
