At this point and your age, the vaccine won't do anything for you. There probably are no implications at all for your partner. Assuming a normal sexual relationship, he has been repeatedly exposed to your HPV and is either immune or, even if infected, will never know it and experience no harm. Follow your doctor's advice, but probably this is a pretty minor health issue for you.
