What kind of body can i expect from doing 100 squats per day?? i'm already engaging in aerobics on the elliptical, but will 100 squats ramp up legs and butt in a short time??

Muscle increase will occur, but visible increase will be a slow process (i.e., not a "short time"). Reduce carbohydrates in diet to accentuate muscle definition with the weight lose therefrom.
