I workout out 3-4 times a week. i did legs yesterday and only did squats, no machines. i woke up with melon size bruising on my inner thighs? help????

You tear: Muscle when you lift weights. Not sure how much weight you are squatting. But I would rest that part of your leg workout for awhile. Ice the area if having a lot of pain. 20 min on. No ice rest of the hour. If you start bruising after all workouts. See your doctor for full work up. This may have been isolated incident.
