Varies among people: Depends on one's starting point. If a person was in decent shape and recently got out of shape (such as due to the inability to exercise for a couple of weeks), then one week is enough time to whip her into shape again. If a person is way out of shape and hasn't done much exercise at all, one week is just enough whipping to remind her how hard it is to get into shape if she stops exercising again.
