It is surprising to: many how effective PT can be in isolating and treating specific injuries. Their knowledge and experience is extremely beneficial in many situations where one would assume that simple independent home therapy would have been enough. I would see them for an evaluation and recommendations especially if you are going to be going on a ski trip where further injury is a possibility.
