Hello, i have bulging discs. every time i try to work out my legs my back bothers me. even if i just do free standing squats or lunges with no weights, i get sharp nerve pain or just misalignment pain a day later. is there anything i can do?

Bulging discs are unlikely to be the main pain generator and facet joints and/ or sacroiliac issues may be present. Physical Therapy is advised and McKenzie back exercises can help
