Rectal bleeding. : There are a few causes of bright red blood in the stool including hemorrhoids, but also anal fissures, avm malformations, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.. Your age/ family history/ medical history are listed so hard to guide you more. You should consider seeing your doctor about this, have blood work to check if you're anemic, possibly have a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy, full history and exam.
