hard balls of stool mixed with white/yellow mucous, one hemorrhoid, and some red blood when i wipe at times. no pain at all. what could this be?

This could be : IBS-C , IBD or Hemorrhoids. Internal hemorroids bleeds but not painful. See your doctor to get checked if persist.
