Have bouts of pebble poops on & off for 6mo between regular stool. no blood except 1x when wiping few months back (super small amount, bright red. had hemorrhoids). is that what drs mean when they say changes in bowel movements could be colon cancer?

This is not the usual kind of changes in bowel habits that we are most concerned about, but anytime we see any blood, we are obligated to check it out to be sure that it is not from a large colon polyp or a colon cancer. If you see blood at all, see your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
