Likely expected...: What you saw 5 days after left varicocelectomy could be expected resulting from blood infiltration with ecchymosis - bruise - and possible minor nick to genital nerve fiber. At this time, time and patience are the most logical things to do; so, wait and see since the pace of resolution may widely vary among individuals.
