The CDC guidelines for the treatment of Chlamydia include antibiotics such as erythromycin, doxycline, azithromycin or ofloxacin. Erythromycin or amoxicillin are recommended during pregnancy. Maybe and no: Did you have a positive test for chlamydia or otherwise think you have it? If so, you should not be having sex at all until treated or cured. That said, chlamydia doesn't take well to the mouth and throat, and your partner probably wouldn't be infected. But it could happen and your partner should be examined and tested.
