See doctor ASAP: You have symptoms that could be caused by pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection); possible vaginal yeast infection; urinary tract infection; or other infections. No way to know without exam and testing in person. Stop having sex and see your doctor soon. Good luck.
