Syphilis and neg rpr: Syphilis as a cause of headache is not common. Considering your RPR was negative and your exposure was 4 years ago, this is probably not the cause. Do you have a rash or fevers? Have you had a seizure? These might be important pieces of information too.

Get checked: Though there is no reason to suspect syphilis as cause for your headaches, the fact that they are worrying you means these headaches should be evaluated. Hope that helps.
