They are the same: No. Tri-previfem contains 0.18mg/35 mcg x 7 days, 0.215mg/35mcg x 7 days, 0.25mg/35mcg x 7 days, and inert tabs x 7 days. This is same as Tri-sprintec. Dosages indicate is norgestimate/ethinyl estradiol concentration.
