Good start.: I'd like to see you include a complete protein here. The almond milk will have some protein, but it's not a complete,protein and therefore not as useful. As well, the banana has a high glycemic index and won't give you sustained carbohydrate benefit through the morning. Cows milk or egg whites would be complete proteins, and an apple or blueberries would give you more sustained energy.
